I’m Tarun Kumar Mistry, a seasoned textile professional and passionate leader with over 18+ years of diverse experience in Fabric Production, Merchandising, Garment Manufacturing, and Operations Management. My journey began in a humble coastal village near the Sundarbans mangrove forest in southern Bangladesh. Overcoming significant financial hardships, I pursued my education with unwavering determination, eventually graduating from the University of Dhaka, now known as BuTex.

In 2007, I embarked on my professional career with Mondol Group, where I played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and significant growth. My accomplishments include doubling profit margins through lean production, developing a 2.5 million pcs LEED Platinum facility, and collaborating with over 40 renowned global customers. My commitment to continuous learning led me to earn certifications as a Certified Supply Chain Manager and Project Management Professional (PMP).
